Never in my life have I moved a meeting from one location to another during a lunch hour but I did for a recent event and Jimmy and team couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful! We hired Jimmy and his team to work a 400 person event for Emory Department of Neurology. Everyone on the team was professional and easy to work with both before and during the event! EEP Events provided a podium, stage backdrop, mic packs, speakers, two presentation screens, a confidence marker/screen, and a recording of our entire event. Everything was seamless. So happy we chose to work with the team and hope to do it again. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with EEP Events for our recent corporate quarterly meeting. The owner was incredibly responsive from the start, quickly providing an estimate and scheduling a site visit to make sure we had the right equipment. On the day of the event, they arrived right on time and set up the screen, projector, and audio system efficiently. Their team was kind, flexible, and easy to work with. This is the third year in a row that EEP Events has provided A/V for our casino fundraising event. And, there is a reason we keep coming back! Jimmy works well with our emcee/auctioneer to keep things seamless. He and his staff work with us in advance to plan our all of our A/V needs, make sure that we know everything we need to bring with us the night of the event, provide upbeat music matching the theme and tone of our event, and are unobtrusive onsight. You don't know that they are there - you just know that you don't have to worry about anything. We are grateful to EEP events for their support of our fundraising event and for the expertise they offer in making sure our night is stress-free and successful!

Jimmy was fantastic to work with on our event with 400 plus people. The sound and production were the best we have had in six years of hosting this event. Jimmy was easy to work with throughout the process and handled the role of voice of God incredibly well during the event while managing transition of camera, slides and sound at the same time. As an event planning consultant, I have had the pleasure of working with Jimmie/EEP Events for the past two years. He and his team are timely, courteous, informative, always willing to help, give advice and be a sounding board for what will work best. The events in which I have worked with EEP were fundraising galas for over 300 people with the need for staging, backdrops, all AV & electrical, numerous people speaking, visual presentations, coordination with an online auction company, lighting, and so much more.
